One of the biggest problems women face is giving themselves permission to invest in themselves. More often than not women may feel selfish when they take time away from family activities for themselves.
So I would like to say to all the women I know, there is no need to justify investing in yourself. Wanting something for yourself is reason enough. You do not need anyone else’s permission to take care of and nurture yourself that is your God-given right. We are usually the nurturers and need to refuel our tanks so we have something to give. It is good for our children and spouses/partners to recognize we also have needs. At the end of the day when we invest in ourselves we are going to be happier and will have more to give back to our loved ones.
