As founder and owner of The Lyons’ Share Wellness, she helps busy professionals navigate work-life balance conflicts, helps health enthusiasts skyrocket to an optimal level, and helps those who have put their health last for years get to the root of the issue and feel better than they have in decades. Megan also shares actionable and motivational health information to thousands of listeners each week via her weekly podcast, Wellness Your Way.Megan received her undergraduate degree from Harvard University and her MBA from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. She is also Certified Health Coach, has a Masters in Holistic Nutrition, is double Board Certified as a Clinical Nutritionist and Holistic Nutritionist, and completed her Doctorate of Clinical Nutrition from University of Western States.
