Is Boot Camp Hard?

You will be encouraged to rise to new challenges at your own pace. I know the title BOOTCAMP can sound intimidating at first. Please let me assure you no one will stand over you with a whistle yelling at you if you don’t complete an exercise. 

SOS Camp is a user-friendly, non-competitive, non-intimidating, environment.

At all SOS Camp days we will push you through non-stop challenging workouts. To have the body of an athlete you must train like an athlete. We will work every ounce of your body and you will discover muscles you didn’t know you had. We will lead you through a multitude of boot camp drills, guaranteed to make you sweat using any of the following tools: TRX Suspension Training, Kettle-Bells, Rip-Cords, Sled Plate Pushes, Box Jumps, Medicine Balls, Sprints, Agility Training, Plyometrics, Boxing, Jump Rope, etc. We will pull out all of the tools in the SOS arsenal to help you get the results you deserve.

Boot camp is LESS EXPENSIVE than personal training. Plus, at SOS Camps, you’re not one of 50-100 people in a class. We keep our classes small (30 or fewer participants) in order to offer you personalized attention so that you get the most from your workout.
