One-on-one training with RRCA Certified Coach and Pose Method Certified Coach Linda Mitchell.

This program is designed to teach you how to run more efficiently, reduce the rate of injury, and increase speed. With this running program, consistency, and group support will bring enjoyment and success. You don’t have to be an experienced runner or a track star to learn how to run more efficiently and have fun in the process. There is no competition, no judgment. The goal is for you to be your personal best – whatever that is.

We teach the POSE Method of running. My ultimate goal as a coach is to not only improve your level of fitness, but to help you reach a peak level of fitness. Whether it is a local 5k or 10k, or your first marathon. Video-taping will be used to help correct overall running form and common running mistakes.

The Run-Kini running program is motivating, energizing, and empowering! It is designed to:
