Get Back On Track

We all fall off track sometimes, to get back on track start with self-care. My self-care today started with making a breakfast of; egg whites, asparagus, jalapeno peppers, with coconut oil and spicy mustard, followed by butternut squash with cinnamon.  Here’s a fun fact. Jalapeno peppers boost the metabolisim, relieve migranes, clear sinuses, and help with weight loss.  While all of the food mentioned has amazing benefits jalapenos are a new twist for me. 

My Schedule is thrown off because of snow but I’m going to do a Savage work-out in the basement and listen to Lisa Nichols book on Abundance. Taking care of my body while feeding my spirit and mind.

Think about what self-care means to you . What feeds your soul and makes you feel more alive? Do more of that. Even if you only add one thing today, its one thing you haven’t been doing.
